Shipping Policy

For Domestic Orders:

• Shipping charges of ₹150 will apply on orders below ₹2500.
• If products are damaged during transit, we will resend the ordered product free of charge.
• You will receive an order confirmation email from SKV Greens after placing your order.
• You can track your order using the tracking link sent via SMS by SKV Greens.

For International Orders:

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the total package, including the product and packaging material.
• A courier slip issued by the courier company will be sent to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping charges.
• If products are damaged during transit, we will initiate a refund for the damaged product. Kindly contact us immediately with images of the product at info@skvacademy.com.

Dispatch Timeline:

• Domestic Orders: Orders are typically dispatched within 8–10 working days.
• International Orders: Orders may take 12–18 working days to dispatch, depending on the shipping address.
