Return & Refund Policy

  • Note: No clay utensils, if they reach in pristine condition, will be eligible for return or exchange due to factors such as size and shape, regardless of them being unused.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or in case an incorrect product has been shipped. In any of these cases, SKV Greens will bear the shipment expenses.
  • An email with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the order for us to process your request. Please email us at info@skvacademy.com.
  • If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@skvacademy.com
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used. Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. A refund or replacement will be initiated only if the product is deemed unused and in its original condition.
  • If the product is found to be used upon return, it will be couriered back to you, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the return is not approved, the product will be sent back to you.
  • SKV Greens will not bear shipping costs for exchanges due to size or voluntary product replacement. The customer will be responsible for both-way shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • In the case of an approved refund, the amount will be refunded to the original source of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the return request.
  • SKV Greens does not cover shipping costs in the case of exchanges due to size or voluntary product replacement. Customers must bear both forward and return shipping charges.
  • Please note: Most banks may take 10–12 days to process the refund once it has been initiated by us.
  • Important: If you receive a tampered box, please do not accept it. However, if you do accept it, make sure to record a video while opening the package. If you find any product missing, send us an email within 24 hours along with photos of the tampered box and the video showing the missing item to info@skvacademy.com.
